We’re growing – and we’re on the lookout for a Marketing and Sales Officer who is ambitious, creative, and passionate about marketing and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Kawader’s recruitment services.
- Create and manage digital content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Identify and generate leads through market research and digital outreach.
- Follow up on leads to ensure client satisfaction and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales – preferably in recruitment or professional services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
