The Function Purpose
Supporting the Business Analysis function related to small and medium enterprise (SME) clients by contributing to the monitoring, development, and execution of departmental projects, reports, products, and initiatives. Acts as a liaison between Relationship Managers (RMs), internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of SME strategies and ongoing initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support in translating business strategies into actionable plans and assist in their implementation across the department.
- Collaborate in preparing and executing plans and programs aimed at enhancing SME business development.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, products, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
- Assist and support line manager in managing partnerships and relationships with external entities such as the European Investment Bank, Jordan Loan Guarantee Company, Central Bank of Jordan by supporting the preparation of required deliverables and maintaining communication flow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, Strategy, Finance, Credit Risk, Operations, Marketing, HR) on projects and initiatives related to SMEs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Business Proficiency in English is a must
