Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at Tala Bay in Aqaba. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Front Office management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
