Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Amman. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
