Main responsibilities:


- Strategic planning and execution

- Develop and implement relevant operational strategies based on the company's business.

- Monitor the effectiveness of strategy implementation, adjust and optimize in a timely manner, and ensure the achievement of operational goals.

- Sales planning

- Plan and execute various marketing activities to help the business achieve sales goals

- User growth and maintenance

- Develop user growth strategy through user research and data analysis.

- Build and maintain customer relationships to improve Customer Satisfaction Score and Loyalty.

- Data Analysis and Optimization

- Collect and analyze operational data to support company decision-making.

- Identify operational issues through Data Analysis, propose improvement suggestions and implement them.


- Collaboration - Work closely with departments such as product, technology, and marketing to ensure the smooth operation of operations. - Coordinate internal and external resources to improve overall Operational Efficiency.


- Implementation of social media in Product development - Assist in the creation and execution of social media practices designed to enhance brand awareness and educate new or existing customers on product. Provide recommendations based on social media feedback to improve the brand’s presence and product offerings.


Job requirements:


- Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, e-commerce or related fields is preferred.


- Proficient in Data Analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, etc.


- Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit.


- Have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to withstand certain work pressure.


- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales operations, project management, or product development


- Knowledge of social media best practices and how they can be used to influence brand positioning and product success.


- Ability to analyze social media data and apply insights to support product and brand development.


- Good English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills (Chinese is preferable )
