Position Summary: the general role for
Recruitment Manager is to correct the execution of the hiring plan in a timely and effective manner.
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions.
- Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Complete paperwork for new hires.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Forecast monthly; quarterly and annual hiring needs by departments.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and candidates.
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
- Comply with the recruitment and hiring target dates.

Skills/Experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Min 5-years’ experience with international recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Fluent in English. Other language knowledge will be a plus.
Physical And Mental Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
