Job Title: Social Media Moderator

Bridge International for Academic Services is looking to hire a highly responsive and professional Social Media Moderator to oversee interactions across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, responding to inquiries and comments across our social media channels, and supporting lead conversion through timely, informative, and brand-aligned communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage messages, comments, and mentions across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook
- Respond to all inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Engage with users in a way that reflects the company’s voice and values, with a clear focus on converting interest into leads
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and service delivery
- Track frequently asked questions, user sentiment, and engagement trends to support content and communication improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Professional experience in customer service, community management, or social media moderation is preferred
- A proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and act on conversion opportunities
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook engagement tools and best practices
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and respond under time pressure
