Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager at Mash World. The role involves managing digital marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing campaign performance, building and maintaining client relationships, and focusing on customer retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management and digital marketing.

• Strong expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, and digital advertising.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).

• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive campaign performance.

• Experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
