ERP Specialist (Supply Chain and Operations)

Responsibilities

• Customize specific business sectors, ensuring the ERP system and business applications aligns with requested use cases and constraints
• Lead and participate in the planning and execution of ERP and business applications systems implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP and business applications system configuration
• Work closely with IT teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Design, develop, and implement custom reports, workflows, and integrations
• Oversee data migration and cleansing activities during ERP or business application implementations or upgrades
• Ensure ERP system and other business application compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Conduct user training, ensuring the system's usability, proper performance, and accurate business flow.
• Assist technical staff by rigorously testing system behavior before implementation
• Write and validate technical specifications and create test scripts for ERP and business application development
• Take charge of technical analysis, design, review, testing, and implementation of ERP and digital transformation projects
• Support production configuration and handle functional change requests.
• Develop technical specifications, collaborating with BASIS and functional experts for object development and testing

Qualifications

• A Bachelor degree in Industrial Enginering, Computer Engineering, or in any other related field
• 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Business knowledge in the areas of supply chain and manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
• Experience in ERP solutions and implementing, SAP experience is a plus
