- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality.
- Perform manual and automated testing for telecom software applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Design, implement, and execute automated tests alongside developers.
- Track software defects and assist in their resolution.
- Lead quality assurance activities in an agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance their QA skills.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with core banking alongside Cards, ATM, payments is mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
