Head of Finance

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance. The position is located in Amman. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, preparing financial statements and reports, developing budgeting plans, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role will also involve conducting financial analysis, managing financial risks, and advising senior management on financial decisions and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Experience in creating and managing Budgeting plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred
• Experience in the entertainment or leisure industry is a plus
• Must have at least 10 years of experience
• Experience with the Odoo system is preferred
