About Sari

Sari is a new lifestyle and hospitality platform launching in Jordan, currently in stealth. We work with the country's best restaurants, hotels, wellness venues and experience providers to bring them a valuable, returning audience. We're building our founding partner network now, and we're looking for the person who will build it with us. Full details on the product and model will be shared during the interview process.

The role

You will own the partner side of Sari end-to-end: identifying the right venues, winning them over, getting them onboarded, and keeping them active and engaged afterwards. This is a builder's role in an early-stage company — you'll have real freedom to shape the playbook, and you'll see the direct result of your work as the network grows.

What you'll do

Bring new partners on board

- Build and work a pipeline of hotels, restaurants, cafés, wellness venues (spas, gyms, pools) and activity providers — Amman first, then the rest of Jordan.

- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, in-person meetings with owners, GMs and F&B / marketing managers, presenting the partnership and signing the agreement.

- Work with each partner to shape a participation package that makes commercial sense for their business.

- Collect everything needed to launch a partner (details, visuals, opening hours, terms) and get them live quickly and accurately.

Build the machine with us

- Keep the CRM accurate and current — every venue, contact, step and next step.

- Feed what you hear from partners back into the product and the sales materials.

- Represent Sari at hospitality and industry events in Jordan.

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years in B2B sales or account management, ideally selling to hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups or venues in Jordan.

- A track record of closing deals in person — comfortable walking into a restaurant or a hotel and asking for the decision-maker.

- Existing relationships with hotel GMs, F&B directors or restaurant owners in Amman.

- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.

- Knowledge of the Amman dining, hotel and going-out scene — you know the venues, and ideally some of the people behind them.

- Organised and self-directed: you can run a remote day with a full pipeline and a field calendar without being managed day-to-day.

- Good with people over the long term.

- Discretion: we're pre-launch, and you'll be trusted with plans that aren't public yet.

- A driving licence and willingness to be on the road in Amman and, occasionally, elsewhere in Jordan.

What we offer

- A founding commercial role in a company at the very beginning of its story.

- Remote-first work with real autonomy over your week.

- Direct access to the founder and a fast decision loop.

- Growth path to leading the partnerships team as Sari expands across Jordan.
