Sparr: Country Brand Ambassador / Market Partner

Location: International, Country-Specific

Type: Equity-Based Partnership

About Sparr

Sparr is a live combat sports platform built for fighters. It helps people discover training activities, connect with other fighters, and build their presence in the combat sports community.

Our product is live. Our next challenge is distribution: reaching more fighters, building local communities, and expanding into new markets.

We're looking for people who can help make Sparr a recognized name in their country's combat sports scene.

The Role

As a Sparr Country Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Sparr in your local market, introduce the platform to your community, and help drive genuine adoption.

This isn't a traditional influencer deal. We're looking for people who want to help build something long-term and have a stake in the market they help grow.

What You'll Do

Create and publish relevant content about Sparr on your social media channels regularly.
Actively use the product and demonstrate its value to your audience.
Introduce Sparr to fighters, coaches, gyms, creators, and combat sports communities in your country.
Build awareness, encourage registrations, and drive real product usage.
Represent Sparr at local events and attend company-organized events when applicable.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community growth.
Help Sparr establish a strong, active presence in your local market.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in:

Combat sports creators and athletes with an established audience in boxing, MMA, kickboxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, or related sports.
Community leaders with strong connections to fighters, gyms, and local combat sports communities.
Influencers and public figures whose audience aligns with Sparr's target market.
Agencies and talent management companies that can connect us with relevant public figures or creators and help manage local representation.

You should have a credible presence, access to the right audience, and the ability to turn attention into meaningful engagement.

We value audience relevance, trust, consistency, and execution over follower count alone.

The Partnership & Equity

Sparr offers a country-specific equity-based partnership, with the potential allocation determined after reviewing applications and assessing each candidate's audience, experience, market access, and expected contribution.

Equity is intended to reward people who help build Sparr's presence and growth in their market. The structure, terms, and allocation will be discussed with selected candidates.

This is not a salaried position, and compensation is not guaranteed.

The Long-Term Opportunity

We're looking for builders, not just promoters.

As Sparr grows, strong-performing country partners may have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, lead regional expansion, and potentially progress into a formal country or regional leadership role.

The goal is to create a path for people who help establish Sparr in their market to become part of its long-term future.

How to Apply

Send us your application with:

Your name, country, and social media links.
Your audience size and a brief description of who follows you.
Your connection to combat sports and your local community.
Examples of content, partnerships, or communities you've helped grow.
How you would introduce Sparr and grow its presence in your country.
If you're applying as an agency, details about the talent or public figures you represent and how you would work with Sparr.

If you have the audience, the connections, and the ambition to build something bigger, we'd like to hear from you.

Help us bring Sparr to fighters around the world.
