🔍 What You Will Do:

Lead and manage advertising campaigns & social media presence in line with the bank’s strategy.
Analyze campaign reports to measure impact and optimize performance.
Conduct customer & market research, providing insights that drive decisions.
Guide and support marketing planning, prioritization, and execution.
Develop creative campaigns & strategies that resonate with clients and the marketplace.
Oversee and implement branding guidelines across all marketing materials.
Manage agencies & suppliers (briefing, budgeting, monitoring performance).
Create and maintain the bank’s official website content
Report on client interactions, market trends, and customer needs.
Drive brand management initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and growth.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

✔ 2–4 years of related experience (banking/finance sector preferred)

✔ In-depth knowledge of social media & marketing trends

✔ Strong verbal & written English communication skills

✔ Excellent organization & time management abilities

✔ Passion for continuous improvement & innovation

✔ Solid project management skills
