The Vacancy

Are you passionate about Microsoft technologies and enjoy helping people get the best from modern business applications?

Based in Amman, Jordan, you will be part of our Global IT Service Desk, supporting and enhancing Microsoft's Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Alongside this, you will provide first and second-line support to colleagues across our international organisation, helping to deliver reliable, user focused IT services.

About the Role

As part of our Global IT Service Desk, you will provide end to end support for workplace technology while helping users make the most of Microsoft's Business Applications.

Working closely with colleagues around the world, you will support the day to day operation of our IT services while identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, reporting and modern Microsoft technologies.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working with business applications and helping users get the most from Microsoft's Power Platform, while also being happy to provide day to day IT support as part of a global service desk.

Key Responsibilities

Support and continuously improve Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Work with colleagues to understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve them using Microsoft technologies.
Support users in adopting Microsoft&#39;s Business Applications and work with colleagues to continually improve these services.
Troubleshoot application issues, permissions and integrations.
Provide first and second-line IT support for Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies when required.

About You

You are an enthusiastic IT professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience of supporting or using Microsoft Business Applications such as Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI.
An interest in using Microsoft technologies to improve business processes and the user experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
Experience providing first or second-line IT support within a Microsoft environment.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
Experience using an IT service management or ticketing system.
The ability to work independently while working as part of a global team.

We recognise that candidates may have stronger experience in some products than others. Training and development will be provided to help you build your skills across the Microsoft platform.
