Al-Oula Events is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all logistics related to corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare run sheets, setup plans, and event timelines.

Provide on-site support during event setup and execution.

Ensure all event components are delivered on time and to specification.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in event coordination or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event software is a plus.
